Bill Stanley
Bill Stanley's deep love of history and his unwavering pride in Norwich made him a natural to serve on the planning committee of Connecticut's 375th Anniversary. He will be sorely missed and our prayers are with his family. Through his extensive documentation of Norwich history, in newspaper columns and books, his voice will remain with us for generations.

Bruce Fraser
We are deeply saddened by the loss of Bruce Fraser, who led the Connecticut Humanities Council since 1982. He had a career-long devotion to sharing Connecticut history with state residents. His passion for our state's heritage will be missed.
